Rose’s Bedroom
Rose’s room, boasts a super king bed, It’s beautifully decorated with bespoke curtains, cushions and bedding. Beside it is the main bathroom. It has a walk-in shower and roll top bath and pedestal sink. It also has a TV, kettle and tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
Edith’s Bedroom
Edith’s room has twin beds which can be zipped link upon request into a super king bed. Please mention at the time of booking your preferred layout. It’s decorated with bespoke curtains, cushions and bedding. There is also a TV, kettle and tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
George's Bedroom
This has an oak framed king size bed, decorated with bespoke curtains, cushions and bedding. There is also an en suite with a shower, sink and WC. It also has a TV, kettle and tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
Teddy’s Bedroom
Has a double bed and is tastefully decorated with bespoke blinds, cushions and bedding. It also has a sink and roll top bath in the room. There is a tap below the bath that will cut off the water supply to the bath for parents who may be concerned their children may be tempted to play with the bath. The WC is situated across the landing. It has a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
Emma’s Bedroom
This is situated downstairs and boasts a wood burner and original flag stone flooring. It has a double oak frame bed. This room also gives you direct access through to the patio and gardens and beyond via the patio doors. It also has a TV, kettle and tea & coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The WC is situated on the hallway just outside the room.
Snug
The snug has a small wood burner and TV/DVD player. Being situated next to the dining room it's an ideal overspill and chill out area for children wanting to watch a movie. The snug has a comfy sofa bed for extra guests sleeping outside of the main bedrooms. The room is tastefully decorated with bespoke curtains, cushions and bedding.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped complete with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Aga, microwave and traditional electric oven and gas hob. All white crockery and cutlery to suit your needs. There is a large selection of glasswear, champagne flutes, wine glasses, spirits, tumblers and pint glasses.
Sitting Room
The sitting room has an oak floor along with underfloor heating. It has three 3-seater sofas and a large smart digital television that supports Netflix, iPlayer, etc and has HDMI sockets. There is a vast collection of over 100 DVD titles in the cupboards as well as traditional board games. The room is tastefully decorated with bespoke curtains and cushions.
Dining Room
The dining room boasts a large family table that will sit 12 comfortably. It has stunning views of the garden and the valley across from the house. It also has a Welsh dresser with vintage plates and storage for champagne buckets below. Lamps in the room add atmosphere for any dinning experience. There is also a 34 bottle wine fridge and Sonos speaker.
Utility Room
The utility room also has underfloor heating and has another built in electric over and ceramic hob, under-counter fridge, washing machine and tumble drier and a large white ceramic sink. Ironing board and iron etc. It doubles up as a working kitchen and is ideal if you are hosting parties as you can keep the main kitchen as an entertaining space.
